A Farmhouse Transformation

Built in 1893 as a farmhouse in the brick making town of Chaska, Minnesota, the home was owned by three generations of the same family since 1923 when it was purchased for renovation in 2019.

The transformation began in March 2019 with the goal to retain the original foundation, framing and much of the floorpan. Over the next five months, the house was completely transformed.

The hardwood floors on the first floor were brought back to life, a first floor laundry and mud room was added, all of the house systems were replaced, and the structural roof failures were addressed. A second floor master suite was added out of a small bedroom

A completely transformed home was born ready to welcome guests for the next 100 years!
